Vinchock

Vinchock is the only Halcyon of significance in Immortal Child. He is a member of the Conference of Delegates of the Halcyon Dominion and is selected to make first contact with the League.

The Halcyons are the tenth of the twelve species of the Children of the Gods. They are a peaceful species with advanced technology, much of which the League doesn't have.
