Shimira

The Valtorians are the immortal species that created the Emperor, Beoltaria and the Crystal Pyramids. They are no longer in the galaxy and have not been for over 250 thousand years.

Shimira is the only Valtorian referenced by name in Immortal Child. She was the last Chief Advisor to the Emperor. She held that position for almost 3 million years, during which time she ruled the Valtorian Empire via her control over the Emperor.
